If your school registers you as an NQT, we will ensure that experienced leaders from our Alliance Schools will be assigned to you and your school to ensure you have full support and advice and that all statutory guidelines are followed. You will be given a complete NQT Induction Handbook.

Assessment Forms

Please note that for newly qualified teachers who start on a full time basis for academic year 2019-20, assessment forms will need to be sent to us by the deadlines below:

Autumn Term 2020 – Wednesday 9th December 2020
Spring Term 2021- Wednesday 24th March 2021
Summer Term 2021 – Wednesday 7th July 2021

What is School Direct?

School Direct is a direct route into teaching, where successful applicants can follow a PGCE (with QTS) course. The main difference to the traditional PGCE course is that you will do a significant amount of your training within a school.
